2. Services
Concanocke provides café interior concept design, space planning, material curation, lighting design, bespoke furniture coordination, and related consultancy. Scope is defined in each project proposal.
3. Pricing and payment
All fees are quoted in EUR (€). Unless stated otherwise, Belgian VAT (21%) applies. Payment terms: 40% on engagement, 40% at design approval, 20% on handover. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate.
4. Intellectual property
Concept designs and drawings remain Concanocke property until final payment. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use designs for the specified venue. Concanocke retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
The client shall provide timely access to sites, accurate briefs, building information, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may incur additional fees in EUR.
6. Limitation of liability
Concanocke's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for contractor performance, building defects, or indirect losses.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
