Detailed drawings, material specifications, furniture designs, and lighting plans prepared for contractor tender.

Fabrication
Bespoke furniture enters production with our partner joiners. Material orders placed with agreed lead times.

Site & handover
We coordinate installation, conduct snagging, and deliver a complete handover pack. Optional post-opening review after 30 days.
