Café Marolles — Neighbourhood warmth
65 m² · Full concept & delivery · Brussels 1000
The client wanted a café that felt like it had always been part of the Marolles streetscape. We sourced reclaimed oak from a demolished Liège barn, paired it with hand-glazed terracotta tile, and designed a U-shaped counter that keeps the barista connected to every table.
Challenge: a narrow storefront with limited natural light. Solution: warm 2700K pendants, mirrored back-bar panel, and a light-toned lime-wash on existing brick.

Roast & Rue — Roastery minimalism
90 m² · Concept + bespoke furniture · Ixelles
A specialty roaster needed a tasting room that put the coffee front and centre. Exposed Hainaut bluestone floors, a floating brass retail shelf, and a single continuous counter in smoked oak became the defining elements.
Project value: €34,800 EUR · Timeline: 18 weeks
Canal Morning — Light-filled all-day
110 m² · Space planning + materials · Molenbeek
Floor-to-ceiling windows demanded a material palette that wouldn't compete with canal views. We specified pale terrazzo, off-white linen banquettes, and matte black window frames for contrast.
Project value: €19,200 EUR · Timeline: 10 weeks
