What areas of Brussels do you serve?
We work across all Brussels communes and surrounding municipalities including Waterloo, Tervuren, and Leuven. Site visits outside the capital are charged at €0.50 per km from Rue Antoine Dansaert 86.
Are all prices in EUR?
Yes. All quotes, invoices, and website pricing are in euros (EUR). VAT at 21% is applied to Belgian clients where applicable.
How long does a typical project take?
Concept-only packages: 3–4 weeks. Full fit-out coordination: 12–20 weeks depending on scope, permits, and furniture lead times.
Do you work with existing cafés or only new openings?
Both. We regularly refresh existing venues — repositioning interiors without full closure, often working in phased sections to maintain trading.
Can I visit the studio?
